Methodology
Each month we record the publicly listed price of each Mounjaro pen strength at a fixed panel of UK-registered online pharmacies, and publish only aggregate statistics (median and range). Medicine-only prices are used where a provider separates the consultation fee; where a provider's primary listed price is a subscription rate, that rate is used and noted in the sample. We do not publish individual pharmacies' prices, name the panel, or link to any provider — this page reports on the market as a whole.
Prices move: a snapshot reflects the collection date shown above, not necessarily today's price at any given provider.
Why the spread is so wide
Two providers can quote very different prices for the same pen: the September 2025 manufacturer list-price change and its rebate agreements, strength-tier pricing, what's bundled (consultation, delivery, support) and subscription vs one-off models all move the number. A price far below this range is a red flag
The MHRA has warned about falsified Mounjaro pens supplied in the UK. Legitimate supply always involves a prescriber consultation and a pharmacy registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council. Never buy weight-loss injections from social media, online marketplaces or beauty salons — and treat prices dramatically below the market range shown here as a warning sign, not a bargain.
