Mounjaro KwikPen clicks calculator
Count clicks. Track doses. Stretch every pen. Work out exactly how many clicks equal your tirzepatide dose, how many doses your pen holds, and how much each dose costs.
One click on a Mounjaro KwikPen dispenses 0.01ml of solution, and every pen delivers its full labelled dose in 60 clicks — 240 usable clicks (four doses) per pen. The clicks for any dose are (target dose ÷ pen strength) × 60: for example, 2.5mg from a 5mg pen is 30 clicks.

How Mounjaro clicks work
Every Mounjaro KwikPen delivers 4 full doses over a total of 240 clicks — so 60 clicks equals one full labeled dose, whatever the pen's strength. Each click releases the same 0.01ml of medicine.
Because of that fixed relationship, the clicks you need for any dose are simply: clicks = (target dose ÷ pen strength) × 60. For example, dialing 30 clicks on a 5mg pen gives a 2.5mg dose.
Click-counting lets some people titrate gently between doses or make a higher-strength pen last longer. Only ever do this on the advice of your prescriber.
