How it's worked out
Every Mounjaro KwikPen gives a full labelled dose in 60 clicks, whatever its strength. To get a 10mg dose from a 15mg pen you take the fraction of a full dose you need and multiply by 60:
(10 ÷ 15) × 60 = 40 clicks
